- 6-month contract, with the ability to extend coverage
o Anticipated timeframe to credential: 8-10 weeks (estimated start date would be February)
- Work schedule:
o Shift schedule: 14 on/14 off rotation (some flexibility required due to coordinating schedules with the other 3 providers)
o Weekdays 9a – 6:30p
o Weekends 12p – 6p
- Treating all ages
- Patient visits scheduled every 15-20 minutes
- Same-day walk-in appointments (coughs, fevers, rash, cold/flu, respiratory illness, etc.)
o No chronic care, No suturing or light trauma cases
- Any state license is acceptable
