We’re seeking a compassionate Primary Care Physician or Nurse Practitioner for a Locum Tenens assignment in Oklahoma City, OK focused on home health and wellness evaluations.

📅 Schedule:
Flexible scheduling based on availability
Part-Time or Full-Time options available

🏥 Practice Details:
Setting: In-home health and wellness evaluations
Scope: Primary Care / Home Care
Patient Volume: 6–10 patients per day
EMR: SCM

✅ Requirements:
Board Certified NP or Physician
Active Oklahoma license
Active DEA
Certifications: BLS & ACLS
🕒 Credentialing Timeframe: 6–8 weeks
