Facility: Non-profit, FQHC that is committed to serving a diverse group of people, many of whom face barriers to care Opportunity: Seeking experienced Family Nurse Practitioners to join Primary Care team *Full time opportunity to work 4 days/week or Monday-Friday *Teams include a mix of physicians, family nurse practitioners, physician assistants, health coaches, nurses, MAs, registration personnel and team leads *Primary care sites provide outpatient services, with no inpatient or obstetrical responsibilities Compensation: Competitive compensation and benefit package. $25,000 sign-on bonus available. Benefits package includes Paid Time Off, holidays, CME, moving expenses, malpractice, and workers comp insurance. They are an FQHC and therefore are eligible for NHSC loan repayment opportunities.
