NP/PA Locum Tenens - Primary/Urgent Care - La Grande, OR Area

Job description

A well-established community hospital-based outpatient clinic in the La Grande, OR area is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a locum tenens assignment in Primary/Urgent Care.

Assignment Details:
- Dates: September 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, four 10-hour shifts (clinic hours 8am–6pm)
- No call required
- Patient volume: 10–15 per day
- Patient population: All ages
- EMR: EPIC (must be proficient)

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Primary Care (no new graduates)
- Active Oregon license and DEA
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Must be able to work independently

Travel, rental car, and housing are provided.
