• ASAP-Ongoing
• Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5pm
o Will consider providers who can work minimum of 2 days per week
• 20 patients per day
• Must see ALL ages- Ages 2 and up for the FNP’s and FP’s
• Basic primary care duties: sick / well visits, fevers, rashes, physicals, shots
• EMR is Athena
• DEA is required
• 2 week - 30 day Credentialing
