• 2 days St. Matthews
• M-TH 8AM-5PM with 1 hour lunch; FR 8A-12P; 1-5PM FR is admin time to finish charts
• 18-21 PPD
• Both clinics have MA's for support
• T+L available
• Bread and Butter PC
• Scheduled days of the week TBD
