Facility:
This facility is part of Veterans Evaluation Services (VES), a government contractor helping our nation's Veterans. They specialize in providing Compensation & Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments for veterans across multiple locations in Montana.

Nurse Practitioner - General Medicine

Job Details:
• Perform Compensation Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments for veterans • Two work options available: per diem at a VES facility or using provider's own office • Current openings in Miles City (half day per week needed) and Havre, Harlem or Malta (2 days per week needed) • PRN basis, ongoing need with flexible scheduling • Option to work half days (4-hours) and/or full days (8-hours) • One-time non-treatment CP exams and separation health assessments • Exams are primarily interview-based with some physical assessment: range of motion testing, muscle strength testing • No prescribing, no treatment required • Quick credentialing and onboarding • Must be proficient in METs testing, evaluating and diagnosing respiratory and cardiovascular conditions • Must own a laptop (no Mac/Apple products) • Must have AANP certification • Must maintain active and unrestricted full Montana license • Must be willing to complete DMA training to become DMA certified • Must be able to perform follow-up administrative work (addendums, medical opinions, reading diagnostics) • Local candidates only, travel included in rates • One-time bonus of $650 for completing all required training and performing first exams

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
