𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Vermont.
𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭: Monday–Friday 0800–1700 (40 hours/week)

𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬:
𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐨𝐩𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Adult and Family Outpatient Primary Care
𝐒𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: Outpatient Primary Care Clinic
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: Independently perform medical acts in accordance with APRN licensure standards; provide comprehensive nursing and medical care; focus on health promotion and disease prevention; collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team; provide patient and family education; maintain safe and efficient clinical environment; support daily practice operations; participate in ongoing professional development.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬: Outpatient primary care evaluations; health maintenance; chronic disease management
- EMR System: Cerner
- Support Staff: Physicians, licensed providers, LPNs/medical assistants, clerical staff
- Days Per Month: Full-time (40 hours/week)
- On-Call/Weekends: 1:11 call rotation; No weekends

• Monday–Friday outpatient schedule (No weekends)
• Established multidisciplinary primary care group
• Stable rural community practice with strong specialty support
