We're hiring Nurse Practitioners for a flexible In-Home Health opportunity across multiple states!
Locations Available: District of Columbia, Idaho, Illinois, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Virginia, and Washington
Start Date: As Soon as Credentialed
Assignment Length: Short-Term or Long-Term | Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN, Contract, Seasonal, or Travel
Schedule:
Flexible Monday–Sunday scheduling
8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
No nights or mandatory weekend requirements

Position Highlights:
Conduct prescheduled in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial health plan members.
Review medical history and current medications.
Perform physical evaluations as appropriate to the assessment protocol.
Document clinical findings, health conditions, and care gaps.
Complete patient-specific forms and required electronic documentation.
This is an assessment-only role: No prescribing, laboratory orders, or changes to existing treatment regimens are required.
Average 6-8 patient visits per day
Excellent opportunity to earn additional income while maintaining flexibility
Requirements:
Active, applicable state NP license
Board certification Required
At least one year of clinical experience
Must be comfortable traveling to members' homes and completing electronic documentation
Must meet all credentialing and onboarding requirements
Credentialing:
Estimated credentialing: 15–30 days, potentially sooner
