• NP/PA/FM/IM will take two providers
• IF physician, BC or BE works as long as they have rural UC/PC experience
• Will need to suture and splint
• 4 10’s per week, flexible on the schedule (M-TH or T-FR)
• 15-18 patients per day (probably more when doing urgent care-waiting on that number)
• Each provider is assigned an MA
• Meditech EMR
• ASAP start-credentialing CAN be completed within 1 week
