Family Practice
Family Practice APP (NP/PA) – Multiple WA Locations – Locums– M–F, No Call
Start Date: As soon as credentialed (within 4 weeks preferred)
Contract Length: 3 months with potential to extend
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8a–5p (40 hrs/week, 1 hr unpaid lunch)
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only – No Call
Practice Setting:
Community Health Center – outpatient ambulatory, family medicine, chronic disease management, walk-in/acute care. Providers will care for newborns through geriatrics and work with vulnerable populations including migrants and refugees (interpretation services available).
Work Details:
• Support Staff: Dedicated MA for each provider, receptionist, mental health therapists, dietitians, onsite pediatrician (most sites), clinic administrator
• Patients: Up to 16 per day
• EMR: EPIC
• Special Procedures: Basic bread-and-butter – injections, IUD placement, minor wound care
• Skills: Must be able to hit the ground running; 1-week orientation, patient care expected by day 3
Requirements:
• Board Certified NP/PA
• Active WA license & DEA (required – no exceptions)
• Minimum 2 years of FNP experience, with recent face-to-face patient care
• Must have recent experience with pediatric patients
• Clean background (no malpractice will be considered)
• Bilingual (Spanish or Russian) is a plus
Credentialing Timeframe: 2–3 weeks
