Job description

Aya Locums is seeking a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide full-time outpatient coverage at a community health center in western Washington. This opportunity offers a steady weekday schedule, supportive staff, and the chance to make an impact in a diverse patient community.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: As soon as credentialed (must be available within 4 weeks)
• Contract Length: 3 months with option to extend
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8a–5p (40 hours/week)
• Setting: Outpatient community health clinic

Work Details
• Patient Volume: Up to 18 patients per day
• Patient Population: All ages – newborn to geriatrics
• Support Staff: Dedicated MA, reception, mental health therapists, dietitians, and onsite pediatrician
• Scope: Family medicine, chronic disease management, acute/walk-in visits, and basic procedures (injections, IUDs, minor wound care)
• EMR: Epic

Requirements
• Board Certification: Required
• License: Active Washington NP license
• DEA: Active WA DEA required
• Experience: Minimum 2 years as FNP with recent face-to-face patient care (including pediatrics)
• Background: Clean malpractice record required
• Languages: Spanish or Russian a plus
