Nurse Practitioner – Outpatient Primary Care
Location: rural town outside Spokane, WA
Start Date: 4/30/2026
Contract Length: 1–2 months

Schedule
Monday–Wednesday, Friday
8‑hour day shifts (8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
Thursday off
No weekends
No call
Full‑time schedule

Practice Details
Outpatient primary care clinic
Independent NP role (no physician onsite)
Patient volume: ~10–18 patients/day
All‑ages primary care population: infants through geriatrics
Support staff: 1 receptionist, 1 CMA, 1 RN
EMR: Epic
Single outpatient rural clinic

Clinical Scope
Provide full‑scope outpatient primary care for all age groups
Conduct acute visits, chronic disease management, wellness visits, and follow‑ups
Manage independent clinical decision‑making without onsite physician support
Coordinate care and collaborate with offsite resources when needed
Document care and manage patient flow efficiently in Epic

Requirements
Nurse Practitioner — Family Practice
Active Washington NP license required
DEA + WA CSR required
AHA BLS and ACLS required
Minimum 2 years NP primary care experience
Experience working independently preferred
Epic experience preferred
PAs not considered for this role

Credentialing
Estimated 30 days
