Opportunity OverviewA community-based behavioral health and wellness center in Renton, WA is seeking an experienced Primary Care ARNP to provide adult-only outpatient preventive care and chronic disease management. This role supports continuity of care for an adult population within a collaborative, mission-driven environment. The schedule begins at 2 days per week, with the potential to expand based on patient care needs and provider productivity. Ideal days are Monday and Tuesday, but the center can be flexible.
Clinical DetailsPatient Population: Adults only (18+)
Clinical Focus:
Preventive health services
Chronic illness management (HTN, diabetes, COPD, etc.)
Wellness and health maintenance
Integrated care within a behavioral health setting
Provide comprehensive adult outpatient preventive care
Manage chronic medical conditions
Maintain a daily caseload of 18–20 patients
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team focused on whole-person wellness
Document and coordinate care using Athena EMR
Maintain high-quality, patient-centered clinical standards
Active Washington ARNP license (or ability to obtain)
Family Medicine background strongly preferred
Experience in adult outpatient primary care and chronic disease management
Prior work in community-based or integrated care settings preferred
Strong communication skills and comfort with electronic health records
