Job description

📍 Location: Washington
📅 Start Date: November 2, 2026
📆 Contract Length: 3 months, with the possibility to extend
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; 40 hours per week
Patient Population: Newborns through geriatrics; must be comfortable treating all ages
🏥 Practice Setting: Outpatient ambulatory Community Health Center serving vulnerable populations
🧪 Procedures: Not specified
✅ Additional Information:
• Pediatric experience required
• Active Washington license required; non-licensed candidates will not be considered
• Active Washington DEA required
• Credentialing timeframe: approximately 2–3 weeks
• Experience working in a Community Health Center is preferred, or candidates should be interested in serving vulnerable populations
