NP or PA: Coverage needed 4/1-5/29:
Monday 7am-4pm , Tuesday: 8am-5pm , Wednesday: 7am-4pm , Thursday: 8am-5pm Friday: 7am-4pm
Worksite Setting: Clinic
Scope of Work: Family Practice/Employee Health.
This is a 1:1 center so provider will need to be proficient in Phlebotomy Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BLS, DEA, State License. 3 years of experience as an advanced practitioner.
EMR: Epic
