Primary Care NP/PA Needed in Wisconsin

Job description

Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 3 months with potential to extend
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm with occasional days extending to 5:00pm. No call.

• Full-scope Primary Care for patients from birth through age 64
• Approximately 10 or fewer patients/day with 30-minute minimum appointments
• Acute illness/injury care, chronic disease management, wellness, diagnostics, prescribing, procedures, and patient education
• Employer-based Primary Care model that is focused on patient care rather than productivity
• Collaborative environment with a lead physician and fellow APPs
• Women’s Health and Urgent Care experience preferred, but not required
• Minimum 2 years of Primary Care experience required
• Local candidates highly preferred

Wisconsin License Preferred (We can help license you!)

Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 2 weeks once documentation is received
