Start Date: 12/2026 or As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: 5 days per week; 8a-4p. Sometimes extending to 5 p.m.
Job Details: Acute illness and injury care, chronic disease management, wellness, diagnostics, prescribing, procedures, and patient education
Wisconsin State License NOT Required (We can help license you!)
Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
