The CNA/GNA or Medication Technician provides compassionate, professional care to clients in their homes under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. This role involves assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), supporting clients’ health and well-being, and ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment. The Med Tech will also be responsible for safely administering medications as delegated and in compliance with state regulations.
