About the clinician's workday

The physician associate will deliver comprehensive family medicine care in a Federally Qualified Health Center environment, managing diverse primary care cases for patients of all ages. Daily responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, managing chronic conditions, providing preventive healthcare services, and maintaining accurate medical records while seeing 24-25 patients per day with a 15-20% no-show rate. The clinician will work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no call requirements, collaborating with assigned medical assistants, licensed vocational nurses, additional physicians, and advanced practice providers onsite to ensure quality healthcare delivery within the FQHC framework.
