About the clinician's workday

Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) on a day shift basis, Monday through Friday for a 40-hour work week. Minor acute care cases may present during scheduled shifts, and clinicians may be asked to cover evening or weekend shifts as needed. Clinical responsibilities encompass the evaluation and management of typical primary care conditions across all age groups, with on-site support from MDs, APPs, medical assistants, and licensed vocational nurses. No call coverage is required for this assignment, and board certification and prescriptive authority are required.
