This Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) provides outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages in a collaborative clinical environment in Colorado. The facility operates with structured daily workflows and maintains on-site support staff, including an NP, MAs, and RNs, to ensure clinicians do not work alone. Credentialing for this position is estimated at 3 weeks to 1 month.

About the clinician's workday

Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Colorado, working 4 to 5 days per week during facility hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the office closed from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM for an unpaid lunch break. The expected caseload is 20 patients per day, and clinicians must be comfortable with this volume. No call coverage is required for this position. Required credentials include a Colorado medical license, Colorado DEA registration, prescriptive authority, and current COVID and flu vaccinations.
