-Primary Care in a Community Health Environment
-FP Physician or PA needed
-Bilingual Arabic or Spanish is a plus
-Start Date: ASAP, 30 day credentialing – 3 month assignment
-Open to a various schedule, not just M-F
-15 patients/day, dealing with chronic illness in adults. There is a very small pediatric population.
-Support staff: 1:1 ratio of MA to provider, there are other clinicians there as well (NP,PA)

-Have empathy for underserved population and advocating for high quality patient care
-Available for any kind of coverage
