Job description

Home Health PA needed in IL:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 13 weeks with option to extend
Schedule: 5x8 hour shifts
Job Details: Conduct pre scheduled In-home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain
commercial plan members.

Illinois License Required (We can help license you)
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
