$125k to start plus bonus potential
We are looking for a motivated and flexible Physician Assistant to join us full time in the Morristown, NJ area. The Physician Assistant will be providing coverage at Skilled Nursing Facilities within the counties of Morris, Bergen, Essex, and Passaic. The physician assistant will be working alongside a physician, covering one SNF location per day. Ideally, the incoming Physician assistant has inpatient PM&R, internal medicine and/or SNF experience. Must be willing to provide coverage at multiple locations, independently driving to each location, and be flexible with their schedule/providing cross coverage as needed for other providers. We prefer the incoming Physician assistant be within 30 miles of our locations, as to keep the commute to less than one hour. We promote an excellent work life balance with no call or weekends!

Job Responsibilities:
• Perform appropriate follow-up care throughout the SNF/rehabilitation stay.
• Round on patients, medication management, track patient progress, remove obstacles to functional progress, and improve quality of life.
• Attend to caseload by having acute awareness of all referral sources and potential referral sources
• Maintain an active patient list and diligently capture all referrals.
