The facility is a state hospital providing primary care services to an adult psychiatric patient population within a structured clinical environment. The facility operates with established clinical protocols and on-site infrastructure to support consistent care delivery. On-site support staff includes a full triage team, psychiatric clinicians, and primary care MDs and NPs to facilitate integrated, multidisciplinary care.

The area also features diverse dining and local agricultural experiences, providing options during time away from assignment.
The clinician will provide clinic-based primary care services to an adult psychiatric patient population at an on-site state hospital facility, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no call responsibilities. The expected caseload is 15-20 patients per day, with clinical responsibilities encompassing the evaluation and management of primary care conditions within a structured inpatient psychiatric environment. On-site support includes a full triage staff, psychiatric clinicians, and other primary care MDs and NPs to facilitate coordinated, multidisciplinary care delivery. A state physician associate license, DEA registration, board certification, and prescriptive authority are required for this assignment, with a credentialing timeframe of approximately 2-3 weeks.
