RNs responsibilities encompass a diverse range of tasks aimed at ensuring the well-being and comfort of the residents. RNs assess with developing personalized care plans, oversee & administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide treatments prescribed by physicians. RNs serve as advocates for residents, addressing their concerns and ensuring their rights are upheld.
