Salary:
• $75-90 an hour plus production-based bonuses
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient private practice full time in Los Angeles, CA. We are looking for a compassionate provider who is interested in helping patients, providing diabetic infusions. Due to our fantastic reputation for providing quality care, our patient base is expanding, and we need a provider to help treat our patients. We need an np who is highly skilled in IV placement (must have) can do some phlebotomy and has at least two years of experience as an NP.

Duties:
• Patient exam/evaluation (HPI, past medical history, review pertinent medical records/imaging/reports, functional exams, and physical exam)
• Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
• Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment plan options, lifestyle modifications
