We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice in Campbell, CA. We are looking for a provider who can join us on a part-time basis providing direct patient care 2-3 days per week. Our ideal PANP is holistically minded, comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to patients living with acute and chronic pain. Job duties include performing joint/Regen med injections and IV infusions.

We are a reputable and well-established Functional medicine clinic with special expertise in Functional Neurology, Functional Medicine and the latest Regen solutions including enhanced PRP and Nanoparticles. We have had a presence in the community for over 27 years and our current staff has a combined 50 years of experience. Duties:
• Patient exam/evaluation (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging) Neuropathy exams, Hormone and Mens health consultations.
• Order and review tests/labs
• Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
• Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab/exercises and various modalities
• Manage patient care (to include hormone Rx management)
