We are looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our medical office full time in Clayton, GA. Enjoy the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Northeast Georgia! We have a bustling primary care office, and we are looking for a compassionate PA/NP to join our team, with the mission to help provide top quality care to the community of Clayton, GA, improving the health and quality of life of our patients.

Duties:
• Patient exam/consultations (HPI, Review past medical history and pertinent medical records/labs/imaging, physical exam)
• Diagnosis of acute and chronic conditions/wellness care
• Order/review labs/bloodwork/imaging studies/tests
• Treatment plan- prescribing medications, referrals, procedures
• Patient Education
• Patient reexam -progress/full up
• Documentation- timely and accurate
• Collaboration with the physician and staff re: patient care
Requirements:
• Graduation from an Accredited PA/NP program
• PA/NP License in GA
Salary (range):
• $120k per year (depending on experience)
• Plus a Bonus Structur
