Qualifications:
• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
• Active PA or NP License in PA
• Active DEA Registration
• DOT Certification (or willingness to apply)
• Valid ACLS & PALS certifications
• Child Abuse clearances and criminal background checks required
Salary (range):
• $65/hr-$80/hr (based on type and years of experience)
