o January - June, with the potential to extend coverage
- Work schedule: 8a – 5p, Monday – Friday (40 hours per week)
- Primary Care cases, sick/well visits, Covid Testing, and vaccinations
- Treating all ages
- Perform visits to inform and treat patients - testing/screening role only
- Working alongside physician and another Nurse Practitioner
- Any state license is acceptable
- Travel and lodging accommodations are provided
