TeleHealth MWL & Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner Needed :
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months ongoing

Medical Weight Loss (MWL) – Required
Urgent Care (UC) – Required
TRT/HRT (Testosterone or Hormone Replacement Therapy) – Optional
Schedule:
Coverage: Scheduled, no call
Shifts Available: Day, Swing, Night, Weekend
Must provide at least 20 hours per week consistently
Shifts fall within these operating hours (Eastern Time):
MWL: 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m.
Urgent Care: 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
TRT/HRT: 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Example: If working MWL + TRT, your window is 7 a.m.–12 a.m.
You set your own availability and patients can book directly into your calendar.
Requirements:
Must be Medicare-eligible (cannot be on Medicare Opt-Out list)
PECOS verification required
No specific number of years of experience listed, but telehealth and MWL experience preferred
Must have multiple active state licenses (8+ states automatically qualifies)
Not open to new state licensing
Must be comfortable prescribing compounding medications

Flexible schedule — you choose your hours and workload. The more hours and flexibility you can offer, the better your chances of moving forward.
Training provided for EHR and workflow.
Must complete and pass test-patient scenarios during onboarding.
Pay is per completed assessment, not hourly once live.
No overtime, call pay, or holiday rate — flat per-assessment structure.
All work is remote, but you must conduct visits from a professional setting.
