Typical Outpatient Primary Care setting - physicals, annual follow-ups, med reconciliation, etc.
Volume: 12-15/day; some chronic care cases
Ages: 12 years up. Mostly adults
Schedule: Monday-Wednesday 8a-5p (can be made into a M-Th 8a-5p)

  • Outpatient Clinic

  • Will Provide Travel and Lodging
