Aya Locums is seeking a Home Health/Family Nurse Practitioner in Central Mississippi

Assignment Details:
• Start Date: July 2026
• Contract Length: 4 weeks
• Schedule: 40 hours per week between Sunday through Saturday
• Practice Setting: Mix of telehealth/home health
• Patient Population: All ages
• Patients per day: Telehealth: 12-14; In home visits: 6-7
• Case Mix: Preform annual risk and chronic condition assessments

Requirements:
• State License: Active MS license required
• Certifications: Must be enrolled in Medicard
• Credentialing: 30-60 Days
