· Support staff: 2 MA, 4 Office Staff
· Patients per day: 24
· EMR: NextGen
Department Description: Need to be able to work solo; will have access to medical director if needed. Able to see babies and infants
Practice Setting:

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Certified
· License required: Required NM in hand, no exceptions
· Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, DEA license and controlled substance; Would be nice to be CDL certified but not mandatory
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-45 days
