✔️ Deliver medical care to residents in nursing home settings
✔️ Perform assessments, manage acute/chronic conditions
✔️ Handle emergencies and collaborate with on-site teams
✔️ Document accurately in the EHR
✔️ Ensure continuity of care overnight
