✔️ Active NY State NP License
✔️ Board Certified NP
✔️ Minimum 2 years of clinical NP experience
✔️ Bilingual Italian or Spanish preferred
✔️ Strong communication, assessment, and care-planning skills

✔️ Conduct patient assessments & comprehensive exams
✔️ Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
✔️ Order and interpret diagnostic tests
✔️ Prescribe medications & therapies
✔️ Document accurately in medical records
✔️ Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
✔️ Educate and counsel patients on health management
