✔️ Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program
✔️ Active New York State NP License
✔️ Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner

✔️ Proficiency in patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and EHR documentation

✔️ Provide comprehensive medical care to nursing home residents
✔️ Perform patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
✔️ Manage acute and chronic illnesses
✔️ Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff
✔️ Respond to medical emergencies and changes in patient condition
✔️ Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR)
