- Coverage dates: ASAP – 6-month initial contract, with the ability to extend
- Average 10-15 patients per day, all adults, all male (this is a male corrections facility, no female offenders)
- Primary Care cases, sick/well visits, some chronic care coverage like hypertension/diabetes, light trauma cases such as suturing
- Any state license is acceptable
