• Mid-September start – 6 months, full-time coverage
• 2-3 month commitment
• Will accept FP, IM, FNP or ANP
• NP must have 1 year experience
• Physician can be new-grad
• Monday – Friday, 8a - 5:00p
• Clinic patient breakdown is homeless patients
• Primary Care visits, sick/well consultations, chronic care coverage such as hypertension/diabetes, histories & physicals
• No procedures
• EMR: All Scripts, facility will provide training
• Credentialing process roughly 3-4 weeks
• Key insurances that will expedite credentialing: Keystone and Health First. Will look at providers who are interested in being credentialed
