-Need 1 Full Time NP or Physician
-BC: PED, PNP, FP or FNP (Also open to a GP with Pediatric Experience)
-Open to a physician or NP with UC/EM experience as well
-Certs: BLS, PALS (DEA if they have it, but not required)
-Experience: 1-2 Years of Pediatrics
-Age Range: 2 Weeks to 21 Years of Age
-Schedule: Monday through Friday 3P-9P
-Open to more than one provider to fill out a Monday-Friday schedule during the week
-Support Staff: 1 RN, 1 MA, 1 OM, 1 Supervising MD/Physician onsite
-Solo provider type environment with additional medical staff resources on call. Also, Tele med services available if patient needs to be referred over
-Patient Volume: 35-40 PPD (5-6 per hour)
