• Will be filling in for NP that is leaving this week
• Open to IM, NP or PA
• Need this Wednesday (29th) and this Friday (31st)
• Will be needing 2 days per week, ongoing
• EMR is Athena
• Seeing mostly patients aged 45-75, but may also see 14 and up
• 18-22 patients per day
• Must have experience and be comfortable with chronic care management and preventative care
• Majority of patients are scheduled appointments
• Open to candidates who require travel and lodging
