• Will be three days per week with rotating schedule
• Will be traveling on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
• Will always be seeing patients at Conroe location on Thursday and Friday
• Will travel Mon/Tues/Wed via RV
• Weekly schedule is the following:
o Week 1
Monday at 2004 Truman Street, Cleveland, TX 77327
Thursday and Friday at 706 FM 2854, Conroe, TX 77301
o Week 2
Tuesday at 2000 Panther Ln, Liberty, TX
Thursday and Friday at 706 FM 2854, Conroe, TX 77301
o Week 3
Wednesday at 7045 Hwy 75 South, Huntsville, TX
Thursday and Friday at 706 FM 2854, Conroe, TX 77301
• Seeing all ages but mostly adults
• EMR is Anasazi (Narrative Charting)
• Hours are 8a-5p
• Patients can vary, but will typically be between 10-13 per shift
• Working with nurse
• Traditional primary care. Some wound care, but vary minor. Diabetes and hypertension management
• Must have DEA, BLS and ACLS
• Texas license required
