Job description

Aya Locums is seeking experienced Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners for ongoing Home Health locum opportunities across Texas.

This is a flexible opportunity offering both short-term and long-term assignments with full-time or part-time scheduling options available.

Position Highlights
- Flexible scheduling available Monday–Sunday
- No nights or weekend requirements
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Average of 6–9 patient visits per day
- Providers will conduct pre-scheduled in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members. Visits include: Medication review, Medical history review, Physical evaluations

Requirements
- Active TX license
- Certified PA or NP
- Willingness to travel throughout at least 3 counties
