Family Practice, General Practice, Sports Medicine - FP, Urgent Care
Family Practice Nurse Practitioner Needed in Washington
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months ongoing
Schedule: Monday-Friday. 8am-5pm 40hrs/week. 1hr unpaid lunch. No call.
Procedures: Basic bread and butter procedures. Injections, IUD placement, minor wound care.
Practice Setting:
Outpatient ambulatory setting
Requirements:
DEA: Active WA DEA required
Minimum Experience Required: MUST have clean background. No malpractice will be considered. MUST have minimum of 2 years experience as an FNP and face to face patient contact within past year. Must have face to face contact with PEDS patient within past year as well.
Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks
Active WA License Required
