Staff Pharmacist | $140-175k

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pharmacist to join our dynamic team at a small Hospital and Retail Pharmacy. With a focus on both inpatient and retail coverage, you'll also have the opportunity to make a significant impact on patient care in our Skilled Nursing Facility and Emergency Department. As part of a team that includes a Chief Clinical Officer Pharmacist and Staff Pharmacists, you'll collaborate to provide exceptional pharmaceutical care.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage 50% inpatient and 50% retail coverage
Oversee medication inventory in the Emergency Department
Serve an average Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) census of 85 patients
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication use
Provide clinical consultations and medication therapy management
Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and policies

Schedule:
Day shift
8’s or 10’s
Absolutely no call or weekend work!

Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive base salary range: 140k-175k
Maximum hire-in for new graduates (residency trained)

Requirements:
Residency trained or 3 years of postgraduate experience
Experience with critical access hospital and retail pharmacy settings
Strong clinical knowledge and expertise
Ability to supervise support staff and work collaboratively with other healthcare providers
Familiarity with electronic medical record systems
