Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care in a Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, supporting patient recovery and improving quality of life through attentive clinical care.

✅ Available Shifts
✔️ 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (EDT)
✔️ All shifts include a 30-minute break

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Education: Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program
✔️ License: Active Connecticut LPN license
✔️ Certification: Current BLS certification
✔️ Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical experience
✔️ Strong communication, reliability, compassion, and attention to detail

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Administer medications, treatments, and wound care under RN supervision
✔️ Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and progress
✔️ Assist with care plan implementation and collaborate with healthcare teams
✔️ Educate patients and families on medications, recovery, and post-treatment care
✔️ Maintain accurate clinical documentation and shift reports
✔️ Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
✔️ Provide emotional support and patient advocacy

✔️ Ability to perform hands-on patient care in a clinical environment
