• All ages
• M-TH, 8AM-6-PM, FR, 8AM-1PM (1 hour lunch)
• 18-22 PPD
• EMR: Dentrix
• Clinic has a Main site, School based dental center, and Mobile clinic. Provider may be asked to float if comfortable. School based days are typically half day, then returning to main site.
• Support: 4 dental assistants, 1 Hygienist, Front desk and office manager
• Open to Part time providers
• Procedure form sent to provider beforehand where they can identify procedures they are comfortable with.
• Bread and butter Community health dentistry
• Travel and lodging is case by case.
