12/4 and 1/8 only: 8am-4pm
Cases: Fillings, Crowns, Bridges, Full & Partial Dentures, Root Canals, Simple and Surgical extractions, Invisalign, Hygiene Checks, Implant Placement, and Implant Restoration.
Will not license
Credentialing timeframe: one week minimum between offer and start
